The Rock made his return last week, leading to speculation about his involvement in WWE WrestleMania 41. The Final Boss made his in-ring return at WrestleMania 40 earlier this year. The Rock teamed up with Roman Reigns to take on Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.

Coming out of WWE Bad Blood, many wrestling fans speculated that the surprise return of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was a stepping stone on the road to WrestleMania 41. Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer,

The Rock has responded to rumors that he won't be wrestling at WrestleMania 41. In a comment on Instagram, The Rock said, "Don't believe any of that bullshit" when he was asked about a report that stated he'd miss the biggest WWE show of the year.

The Rock shared some photos from his brief return to WWE during the Bad Blood main event last week, on which a fan asked if it's really true he will be missing WrestleMania 41. "Don't believe any of that bullsh*t", was The Rock's reply, strongly suggesting that he has not told anyone in WWE that he won't be able to compete at WrestleMania.

The latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio discussed whether or not The Rock will be in the house for next spring's WrestleMania 41 weekender in Las Vegas. According to Dave Meltzer, WWE's plans are currently up in the air on that.

It’s been speculated that The Rock could face Rhodes or Reigns — or both of them in a triple threat match — at WrestleMania 41. But Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that, at least as of right now, The Rock is not scheduled for WrestleMania:
