Next month, South Dakota voters will once again determine the state’s fate of recreational marijuana with Initiated Measure 29.

On Monday, 273 noncitizens were removed from the South Dakota voter roll, according to a South Dakota Department of Public Safety release. The removal was executed by the South Dakota Secretary of State’s Office.
