Pakistani police have charged the country’s imprisoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan with attempted murder over the death of a policeman during violent protests last weekend by his supporters.

Former prime minister Imran Khan and his party’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur were on Tuesday booked in a new case of ‘attempt to murder’ linked to the death of a policeman during their party’s protest here over the weekend.

Bollywood actor Imran Khan recently made headlines for his comeback in the industry, had previously spoken about his mental health struggles. The Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na star, in his new interview, revealed the changes he has noticed in the younger generation in dealing with their mental health issues.
